Adam Lyons serves as Director of Operations & Systems fpr the North Star Group with Real Broker, where he oversees the operational infrastructure that supports the team’s real estate business. In this role, Adam manages transaction coordination, team systems, process development, and operational workflows that support a group consistently producing $15-20 million in annual sales and rentals.

In addition to his leadership role within the team, Adam is a licensed REALTOR® and active real estate investor who personally manages multiple residential investment properties. His experience working with vendors, property managers, and maintenance projects provides him with practical insight into property operations and real estate asset management.

Adam brings a detail-oriented, systems-driven approach to supporting both the team and clients while ensuring efficient and organized transactions from listing through closing.
