I highly recommend Olga! She is super profesional, skilled, knowledgeable and resourceful. I have done two back to back transactions with Olga (a purchase and a sale) and both were a breeze. When it comes to the realtor skills she knows all the little documentation details and tactics to make a transaction successful in the favor of her client. Aside from the realtor skills she possesses a lot of knowledge about property conditions and home systems. I think she can easily get a home inspector license :) She is also very resourceful. Usually there is a lot of legal documentation, mortgage documentation and many other steps involved in a real estate transaction. For each of these domains you have to go shop around and find the best individuals to facilitate the transaction. I had to do none of that. Olga has really good connections. All I had to do was to introduce myself on the cc'd emails and provide info about myself or the property involved in the transaction.
